Boyana Luxury Residence is a complex of 13 luxury houses at the foot of Vitosha, in the arms of the mountain and the city. Beautiful execution combined with breathtaking views and panoramic terraces from which to admire them make the complex a dream place to live. This is evidenced by the short period in which the houses were completely sold out – only 8 months after the first sod was broken.
In June 2022, Boyana Luxury Residence received a certificate of occupancy, and two weeks later, the new owners received their keys to their new homes at an evening cocktail party.
